What is VeriFactu?
VeriFactu is a Spanish tax regulation designed to ensure the total integrity and traceability of every invoice. Our system handles this automatically through "chaining," where every invoice is cryptographically linked to the previous one, and by providing immutable logs that prevent any unauthorized alterations once an invoice is finalized.
Submitting to the AEAT
Every printed receipt includes a secure QR code that customers can scan to verify the invoice details on our public portal. We also manage the generation and transmission of the required XML data to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). You can monitor the real-time submission status of all your invoices by visiting Admin > Reports > Fiscal.
