Printer Not Printing?

If your printer isn't working, first check the basics: ensure the paper roll isn't empty and the lid is fully closed. If the hardware seems fine, perform a "Self Test" (usually by holding the Feed button while turning it on) to confirm the printer's IP address matches your Admin settings. Finally, check your browser settings to ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled for the terminal site, as these can sometimes intercept the print commands.
